Commercial Solar

Why Should You Choose Verde
Solutions for Your Commercial
Solar Panel Installation Services?

With the rapidly rising power costs, it is no wonder that more and more commercial business owners are turning to solar energy to offset their energy bills.

According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, solar power accounts for around 5% of electricity generation in the county, with a forecasted increase of approximately 20% by 2050. The U.S. is the second-largest solar energy producer in the world, with many commercial solar installation companies ready to provide solar services.

Verde Solutions offers comprehensive commercial solar panel installation services to fit any commercial business size.

With over 20 years of experience and over 2000 projects completed around the country, we guarantee reliable, fast, and trustworthy industrial solar panel installation to fit your energy output needs and budget.

Why Choose Solar for Your Business
or Commercial Property?

There are four reasons why you should consider switching to solar power:

Since the sun is the source of solar energy, switching to solar power means that your business or commercial property will have an unlimited power source. In the U.S., cities such as Las Vegas, San Diego, and Honolulu are some of the largest solar energy producers. California holds the lion’s share of producing solar energy, with around 17% of the state’s total energy output coming from solar panels.

Environmentally Friendly

Solar energy is the most environmentally-friendly type of green energy. Solar panels do not produce greenhouse gasses when creating electricity. What’s more, solar panels do not pose a threat to birds, unlike wind turbines

Wide-spread Availability

No matter where you live in the U.S., you’ll be able to use solar power to produce electricity, especially in arid areas such as Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. While other renewable energy sources have limitations, such as lack of space (wind turbines) or natural resources (hydropower), you can use the roof of your commercial space for commercial solar panels.

Reduce or eliminate dependence on fossil fuels

By switching your business to solar energy, you can reduce your dependence on fossil fuels. In some cases, companies can even use solar energy to produce 100% of their electricity, eliminating the need for fossil fuels.

How Solar Works

Did you know that, in just an hour and a half, enough sunlight reaches the earth to completely handle all the energy needs of the entire world for a whole year? This is why solar panel companies such as Verde Solutions are confident in the remarkable capacity of solar power!

Our solar panels for commercial buildings utilize photovoltaic technology. Our solar panels contain two silicon cell layers encased in glass and covered with a unique film. Installed panels are side-by-side in an array to catch maximum sunlight during the day.

Inside each panel, one silicon layer has a positive charge while the other has a negative charge, creating an electric field. The electric field draws out the electrons from the sunlight, creating an electric current. When sunlight hits the surface of the solar panel, the cells inside become “energized.”

Solar panels create a direct current (D.C.). The electric direct current converts to alternating current (A.C.) to power commercial businesses. Our commercial solar panel installations come complete with an inverter to convert D.C. into A.C. After the conversion, the power generated is the same as the power you get from your current utility company, so that you won’t need any more modifications to your commercial property!

To remain connected to your traditional electrical source, you can use solar energy to supplement power shortages during blackouts.

The Installation Process

Our commercial solar design and installation process is quick, easy, and hassle-free.

After surveying your commercial property, our commercial solar contractors will install solar panels in the best locations for maximum sunlight exposure.

After installing the panels, we will connect the solar panels to the solar inverter and the solar battery.
The solar battery stores electricity so you can still power your property after daylight hours.

Finally, we connect the solar power setup to your main power grid. Our technicians will plug an output wire into your electric board to allow electricity flow. Once the setup is complete, we will turn the system on, and you’ll be able to enjoy clean, cheap, and renewable energy!

Why Use Solar Power for Your Business?

While there were four benefits of using solar services discussed above,
here is why you should consider using solar power for your business:

Massive Savings

The most attractive reason to switch to solar power is the considerable reduction in your power bills. According to EnergySage, the average commercial business owner can save up to 75% on their electric bills by switching to solar energy. If you’re spending around $2000 for your monthly electric consumption, your next electric bill can be as low as $500.

Tailor-made Commercial Setup

Commercial businesses have different power needs depending on their size and industry. A small community college in Chicago will need less electricity compared to an industrial farm in New Mexico. Our technicians will design a custom-sized solar power setup that directly fits your energy output needs and budget

Federal and State Benefits

A commercial solar panel will cost around $1.50 per watt. While this might sound like a significant initial investment, you should also consider that switching to solar energy comes with incentives. In 2022, an existing federal solar tax credit reduces 26% of your federal income tax. Some states also offer cash rebates and property tax exemptions.
